The recycling process
After strict sorting and separation processes, which filter out metals, cardboard and other foreign substances, the plastic waste undergoes shredding and later hot chemical rinsing. The end results are RPET flakes that can be reused.
Maintaining excellent quality
The RPET flakes undergo comprehensive quality control, where samples from every production batch are examined in the plant laboratory to verify pollution levels and quality of the end product.
Recycled material properties
The flakes are available in various colors, including transparent and various shades of blue. The product is used for applications such as: packaging for tools, cookies, cakes, fruit and vegetables and textile fibres.
